Open the current Aivo Mac app, sign in, then open Account → Teams and paste this invitation. Your team seat provides Pro access on iPhone and Mac when you use the same Apple account.

The current Mac app supports team setup. The iPhone update with team invitation and browser controls is awaiting App Store approval. Once connected, use the same Apple account on both apps for your company Pro access.

Creating a team starts no payment. Next, choose at least two people and review your total at 99 DKK per person per month before subscribing.

Create a team, choose your people and pay through Stripe, or accept a colleague’s invitation in Aivo.
Company billing
Your company subscription.
Your personal Pro access continues unchanged. A company subscription does not cancel or refund it. Manage your personal renewal separately through Apple or Stripe if you choose to stop paying for it.
Stripe shows the amount and terms before you confirm. Cancelling renewal keeps access until the paid period ends.
Membership
People, not paperwork.
Create a private invitation link to share with your colleague. An unaccepted invitation reserves a seat until it expires or you revoke it.
Share the private link or code directly. Aivo does not email it automatically. If an older app does not accept the branded link, open that link and copy the invitation code into Account → Aivo for Teams → Join a team.

Company sign-in
Microsoft Entra ID
Add Microsoft sign-in for people who already belong to your team. Each person first signs in to their existing Aivo account and links Microsoft in an SSO-capable app. Linking keeps their Aivo account, subscription and saved data together.
Removing a member ends their company SSO sessions. Disabling SSO or changing the tenant ends the affected SSO sessions; it does not cancel personal subscriptions. Microsoft-side account changes may take effect when the person signs in again, within the eight-hour Aivo SSO session limit. This is not automatic directory provisioning or SCIM.

Use the same Apple account in Aivo on iPhone and Mac. Your team owner manages seats and company billing. Your personal dictionary, snippets and history remain associated with your own account.

Removing a person frees a seat for someone else. It does not change your agreed seat count or subscription price. Contact us to change the contract.
